These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, apps, websites, and AI-powered services provided by TurboTuco Tech, TOO ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Company details

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Accounts and sign-in

Some features require an account. You may sign in using third-party providers such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities under your account. oai_citation:5‡Apple

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive way
  • attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Services
  • bypass security, access controls, or rate limits
  • upload or transmit malware or harmful code
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • use the Services to generate or distribute content that violates applicable law

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

4) AI features and outputs

Your Inputs

If you use our AI-powered features, you may provide content such as text, images, audio, video, files/documents, and other user-generated content (collectively, “Inputs”). You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the Inputs and that they do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Processing and providers

To provide AI functionality, Inputs may be processed on our servers and/or by third-party service providers acting on our behalf. We use such providers only to operate and deliver the Services.

Outputs

AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including verifying accuracy where needed. Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without qualified professional advice.

5) Intellectual property

The Services (including software, design, graphics, trademarks, and content provided by us) are owned by TurboTuco Tech, TOO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes (depending on the Service) in accordance with these Terms.

6) User content (if applicable)

If the Services allow you to submit content (including text, images, audio, video, or files), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services and to support you. You retain ownership of your content.

7) Advertising

Some Services may display advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party ads, offers, or linked content. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

8) Purchases, subscriptions, and billing (Apple In-App Purchase)

Some features may be offered via in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.

  • Billing & renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period. oai_citation:6‡Apple Developer
  • Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation typically turns off auto-renew and the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. oai_citation:7‡Apple Developer
  • Refunds: Purchases and refunds are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s policies and workflows.

We may change pricing and subscription offerings to the extent allowed by platform rules and applicable law.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (in whole or in part) if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • required to comply with law or platform rules
  • needed to protect the security or integrity of the Services or other users

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability).

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TurboTuco Tech, TOO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://turbotucotech.com and will be effective as of the “Last updated” date above. If you continue using the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
