1) What information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

A. Account and authentication data

We offer sign-in options such as Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. When you authenticate, we may receive information needed to create and maintain your account (for example, a stable account identifier, and depending on your choices, your name and/or email address). oai_citation:1‡Apple

B. Content you provide (including for AI features)

If you use our AI-powered features, you may provide content such as text, images, audio, video, files/documents, and other user-generated content (collectively, “Inputs”). We process these Inputs to provide the requested functionality (for example, generating responses, performing analysis, or producing outputs based on your request).

C. Device, app, and usage data

We (and our service providers) may collect technical and usage information, such as:

  • device type/model, OS version, language and region settings
  • app version, feature usage, performance data, crash logs
  • approximate location inferred from IP (if applicable)
  • identifiers used for analytics or fraud prevention (may vary by platform)

D. Advertising, attribution, and tracking data

Our apps may show ads and measure advertising effectiveness. This can involve:

  • ad performance data (impressions, clicks, installs)
  • attribution data that links ad interactions to installs and in-app events
  • device identifiers (including IDFA where available and permitted)

On Apple platforms, access to IDFA and certain tracking/attribution workflows may depend on user permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). oai_citation:2‡Apple Developer

E. Purchases and subscriptions

If you buy in-app items or subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system, Apple processes the payment. We receive information needed to provide the purchase (for example, product identifiers and transaction status), but we do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

2) How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • authenticate users and prevent fraud/abuse
  • deliver AI features (process your Inputs — which may include text, images, audio, video, or files — and return outputs)
  • improve performance and fix bugs (including crash reporting and diagnostics)
  • understand usage and improve user experience (analytics)
  • show ads and measure marketing effectiveness (attribution/marketing analytics)
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

No model training. We do not use your AI feature inputs to train our models.

3) How we share information

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools).
  • With advertising and attribution partners to show ads, measure installs, and evaluate campaigns (including linking ad interactions with installs and in-app events).
  • With platform providers (e.g., Apple) as needed for authentication and purchases/subscriptions.
  • For legal reasons if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and our Services.
  • In a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With AI infrastructure and processing providers: If an AI request requires it, your Inputs may be processed on our servers and/or by third-party service providers acting on our behalf, strictly to provide the AI functionality and maintain the Services.

We do not sell personal information in the sense of “selling” as a standalone commercial product; however, some advertising/attribution practices may be considered “sharing” under certain privacy laws.

4) Tracking, personalized ads, and your choices

App Tracking Transparency (Apple)

If our app uses data for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising/measurement, Apple requires us to request your permission using ATT. If you decline, we will respect your choice. oai_citation:3‡Apple Developer

Device permissions

You can typically control permissions (e.g., notifications) in your device settings.

Marketing communications

If we ever send marketing emails, you can opt out using the link in the email (if provided) or by contacting us.

5) Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on data type and legal requirements.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8) International data transfers

We may process and store information on servers located in different countries, including where we and our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

9) Your rights and requests (access / deletion)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain information, or object to certain processing.

Deletion requests: you can request deletion by contacting us at support@turbotucotech.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
